Why is it, when we travel to exotic places, food is often the last thing we consider?  It should be one of the main items. Excellent food makes a very good day, a great day! Our menus at Koromakawa Resort are tailored for each customer.  No kidding! When you book with us and before you arrive we will ask you for any food allergies or particular dislikes. Once we know your dislikes, the staff prepares the menus, just for you. Our menus are different each day and are only repeated if requested. Our cuisine is designed to make dining a pleasure, not a task.  Below is a little SAMPLE of what we serve. But this is just a SAMPLE…… AND IT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION RATE.

 

 

 


BREAKFAST –
STARTER: Coffee or Tea, Juice with a Fresh Fruit platter, Home Baked Bread with assorted toppings.

From the Griddle:  Smoked Salmon Galettes or Omelet with a variety of fillings or Egg white Omelet w/vegetable fillings 

or Eggs any style or Eggs scrambled w/smoked salmon & Avacado or Crepes or French Toast or Dutch Babies or

German Apple Pancakes or Eggs Benedict or Frittata, etc.   

 

LUNCH –

Basmati Rice Salad w/Mango Chichen or Gespacho with Andalusian Shrimp Fritters or Almond Parmesan oven baked Chicken with Orzo and Seasonal Vegetables or
